An item may be returned or exchanged within the trial period of 14 days. We would like to receive the item unworn (fitting is of course allowed), in the original packaging and with cards. If there are damages or stains on the product, we can charge costs. Some hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken after delivery. We maintain the right to decline items that have been damaged or stained. Because of hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange opened beauty- and lifestyle products. Returning these is only possible with a closed seal. Share our love for clothes!
Your order has been packed and sent with lots of care. Not happy with your choice and want to return items? Then please treat the clothes with the same amount of love as we do and prevent staining and damaging while fitting and repacking. Think makeup stains, pet hairs and unpleasant odors. Together, we'll make sure that somebody else will be happy with the item. Not happy with your product?

Please send us a detailed and clear description, stating your order number, customer number, date of purchase and - if possible - a photo. You receive response about the handling of your complaint within a few working days (with a maximum of 14 days). Repeated Returns
PB. offers a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your PB account or future orders being refused.
